REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please fill out and mail in the this form and check or money order made out to the RICHARD III SOCIETY. Do not send cash or dues. Address envelope to Pamela J. Butler, AGM Registrar, 11000 Anaheim Avenue, N.E. Albuquerque, NM 87122. Please check off your meal preference. Registration must be received by September 24. Registration at door as space permits. AGM Registration fee includes Friday night Reception and movies, Saturday Continental Breakfast and Luncheon, workshops.

Hotel reservations should be made directly with the Phoenix Airport Hilton - call 1-800-HILTONS or telephone the hotel direct at 580-894-1600.

EARLY BIRD BONUS: All registrations received by August 22, 2003 will be eligible for a drawing for two copies of Michael Jones' book, donated by the Arizona Chapter.
