A delightfully specialized tour on an intimate scale for members of the Richard III Society and all who are interested in the late medieval period, our tour will visit many sites associated with Richard III and his times, including G loucester and Lincoln cathedrals, Tewkesbury Abbey; Skipton, Middleham and Bolton castles; the churches at Fotheringhay, Sheriff Hutton, Sutton Cheyney and Middleham; Gainsborough Old Hall; Richmond (town and castle); the Welsh marches; a day in the medie val city of York; and Bosworth Battlefield, where we will enjoy an intelligent, personalized tour of the battle site. Also included will be the walled city of Chester; Chirk, Raglan and Pembroke castles, historic St. David's cathedral; Rievaulx and Bolto n Abbeys; half-timbered and moated Little Moreton Hall; and a fascinating mostly 15th C. village.

If you want to experience the real England at a leisurely pace, traveling along beautiful backroads and visiting charming old-world villages with a small, friendly group of persons who share your interest, this is your chance for the trip of a lifetime! We want to share with you the pleasure of visiting many premier Ricardian sites, as well as other must see attractions for any visitor to this lovely country. Our tour includes all breakfasts, 9 dinners, all admissions and fees, baggage handling, service charges and Value-Added Tax. There will be 10 full days of touring in a comfortable mid-size or mini-coach with a friendly, helpful driver. Your tour escort will be Linda Treybig, member of the Richard III Society since 1979, director of British & European Tours and experienced Ricardian escort. In the course of our travels, we will meet various English Ricardian friends and enjoy chats together. Our ch arming hotels, guest houses and inns are especially suited to small groups, very comfortable, friendly, well-appointed, and located in attractive countryside or towns that just invite exploration on foot! For your comfort, all rooms will be with private bath. We ask that you consider traveling with a friend or on a shared-room basis, as availability of single rooms is limited. NOTE: Tour begins and ends in London. We will be happy to assist you with all pre/post tour arrangements!

Maximum group size is 15 persons (minimum of 7), and space is available on a Òfirst come, first served basis. We have some commitments from previous tour participants, so please get your reservations in as soon as possible to be assured a place on our Ri cardian Rover tour.

TOUR RATE & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $2,250.00 (Sgl. Supplement - $350.00). Price is based on minimum of 7 persons. For 10-15 persons, the rate will be somewhat lower. A deposit of $250.00 must accompany your reservation form and is due by March 1, 1997 (afte r that date, call us to see if we can accommodate you). Final payment of balance due must be received by April 15, 1997.
